Delivery is done via either Australia Post, local couriers, interstate freight companies, direct from our suppliers and sometimes even by ourselves if it's local (Melbourne).  Pick up is also available in Melbourne from our showroom in Wantirna South (Knox). Please note that for heavy items assistance will be required to unload the goods, if you are unable to assist and require a tailgate truck then please contact us as there will be an additional fee.

We do try our best to ship your order to you immediately, sometimes it may even be the same day but most likely it will be between 2-3 working days for Melbourne and Victoria and 3-5 working days for interstate.  The only time it would be longer is if one of our suppliers is out of stock of a product and we may not find out until we go to order it for you.  We will advise you immediately if this is the case.
