We use PayPal online secure paymet for your security. PayPal accepts Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard and American Express. You do not need to have a paypal account, there is an option within the Paypal Screen where you may enter your credit card details without a paypal account. You can also pay via direct bank deposit (bank wire option). You can also pay via Credit Card over the phone.
You can pay by cheque but your goods won’t leave until the funds are cleared so you’ll need to allow an extra 3-5 working days for delivery. We may be able to do COD for melbourne only. Call us on 03 9887 5058 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
*Delivery prices quoted on the website unless otherwise stated are for a door-to-door, street level/ground floor service covering Metro Areas to some Major Capital Cities. It may cost more for delivery outside of the stated delivery areas on the product pages*
Delivery is done via either Australia Post, local couriers, interstate freight companies, direct from our suppliers and sometimes even by ourselves if it’s local (Melbourne). Pick up is also available in Melbourne from our showroom in Boronia (Knox). Please note that for heavy items over 40kg assistance will be required to unload the goods, if you are unable to assist and required a specialised service please contact us as there will be an additional fee.
We do try our best to ship your order to you immediately, sometimes it may even be the same day but most likely it will be between 2-3 working days for Melbourne and Victoria and 3-5 working days for the interstate. The only time it would be longer is if one of our suppliers is out of stock of a product and we may not find out until we go to order it for you. We will advise you immediately if this is the case.

Please choose your product carefully as you you are not legally entitled to a refund due to change of mind (under the Fair Trading Act 1999). We will exchange goods but you will have to return the items to us at your own expense.
If an item is faulty we will require you to take photos and email us so we can notify our supplier. Our supplier will either repair or replace the goods depending on the circumstance (If the problem is not major we have the right to repair the item within a reasonable time).
