Treadmills give you a good cardio workout and are a great way to burn body fat. Treadmills give you a flat even surface to walk or jog on. They push you along which has been proven to maximize weight loss. They also provide a low impact exercise due to the cushioning, which is great for rehabilitation. Low impact exercise is also recommended during pregnancy. It is also gentle on your knees, ankles, and back.

I got my Apex delivered just on a year ago, and its one of the best decisions i have ever made. While I was originally looking at a cheaper model, reviews everywhere kept saying a bigger motor / more incline is the way to go. So i went middle of the range and im so glad i did. This is built like a brick. It runs super quiet and so efficiently, has so many programs built in. I love the running track function as it gives you the computer to run against, i always lose but i like it all the same. Changing of speeds & incline is easy as. The 18 or so different options have a range of basic slow to the higher more challenging runs and speeds. It never skips a beat and im really impressed for my first treadmill. Its easy to maintain and fits in really nicely in our outdoor enclosed room. The rest of my family hop on it from time to time and they are equally as impressed. A big thanks to Dave for delivery and setup. I had no idea on where to start to putting this together and they did a brillant job. Definitely recommend Daves online
